By accessing or using PostPush ("the Service"), operated at postpush.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
PostPush is an influencer marketing platform connecting publishers who want to amplify their content with creators who earn money by promoting that content to their audiences.
Publishers create broadcasts by submitting social media post URLs, selecting engagement types, and setting budgets. Creators browse matching opportunities, engage with posts on the actual social media platforms, and submit proof of engagement for verification.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostPush. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at hello@postpush.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person without our consent.
Publishers pay a subscription fee of $50 per month per social account connected to the platform, unless a promotional offer applies. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 8.
Publishers fund broadcasts by depositing money into their PostPush wallet. When a broadcast is launched, the budget is held from the wallet balance.
Publishers set a maximum spend per engagement type. The actual amount paid per engagement is the creator's rate, not the publisher's maximum.
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that any content they promote complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the social media platforms where the content is posted.
Creator accounts are invite-only. All creators must have a minimum of 20,000 followers on at least one connected social media platform. Creator applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.
Creators set their own engagement rates during onboarding and can update them at any time in their settings.
Creators earn 75% of their stated rate for each verified engagement. PostPush retains a 25% platform commission.
Creators must submit genuine engagements from their own authenticated social media accounts. All engagements are verified through screenshot proof showing the creator's profile and the completed engagement.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
PostPush charges a 25% platform commission on all verified creator engagements. This fee is deducted automatically before earnings are credited to the creator's wallet.
Creator payouts are processed automatically every Friday for wallet balances of $10 or more. Payouts are sent to the creator's linked bank account. Funds typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.
Publisher wallets are funded through secure checkout. Unused broadcast budgets are refunded to the publisher's wallet when broadcasts expire or are cancelled, minus any pending submitted engagements.
Publisher wallet balances are not eligible for cash withdrawal. Unspent balances remain as credit for future broadcasts. Refunds to a publisher's original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Publisher subscription fees are non-refundable. If a publisher cancels their subscription, access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Unused broadcast budgets are automatically refunded to the publisher's PostPush wallet when a broadcast expires or is cancelled. Any engagements already submitted by creators at the time of cancellation will still be reviewed and, if verified, paid from the broadcast budget before the remaining balance is refunded.

PostPush has a strict zero-tolerance policy for bots, fake accounts, and artificial engagement. Every creator is manually verified before being approved.
If we determine that a user has submitted fraudulent engagements or used artificial means to inflate metrics, their account will be permanently suspended, any pending earnings will be forfeited, and they will be banned from the platform.
All content, design, and code on postpush.co is the property of PostPush. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written consent.
Content submitted by publishers (post URLs) remains the property of the publisher. PostPush does not claim ownership over any social media content promoted through the platform.
PostPush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PostPush in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostPush, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform, other users, or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
For creators, any verified earnings in your wallet at the time of termination will be paid out per the normal payout schedule, unless the termination is due to fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case earnings may be forfeited.
For publishers, any wallet balance remaining at the time of termination may be refunded to your original payment method at our discretion.
By providing your phone number during account creation or in your notification settings and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from PostPush related to your account activity, including engagement updates, payout notifications, and new opportunity alerts.

Message frequency: Varies based on account activity. You may receive messages when new opportunities match your profile, when engagements are verified, and when payouts are processed.

To opt out, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enable notifications in your account settings at postpush.co/dashboard/settings.
PostPush is not responsible for delays in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service may not be available on all carriers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
